I started this project by finding what wood pieces fit together to make a box. Luckily, I found 2 that were identical and would fit perfectly. I created the exterior of my box, then made a lid. I started with a piece of cardboard, and I scored it horizontally to fit the curved shape of the wood. To secure the shape, I paper-macheted it in place.
Next, I made my objects to fit inside the box. I played on the theme of forgetting things, so I created a brain, 2 puzzle pieces, 2 dice, and 2 medicine bottles.
To keep the pieces in place, I made 3 shelves with a lip, secured in place with wood glue, and reinforced them with duct tape.
